Disaster

I would give zero stars if I could. New (updated) app wont download new issues and requires you install a SEPARATE app to look at your previously purchased and downloaded issues - and you apparently have to redownload them, although I cant get "restore previous purchases" to work. Hopeless.

Awesome!!!

I LOVE the new app! I was able to restore purchases seamlessly, and the download was really fast! Good job, Saveur! The magazine is so much nicer to read! Now, I am not going to cancel my subscription.

Awful customer experience

High hopes but the new account experience is a disaster. Two apps for old and current issues, cant get password reset to work, web service errors out and using my print acct# gave me access to someone elses account. My digital subscription is DOA until they fix their account system.

Saveur Aug/September

So far, the above will not download. I waited over 45 minutes for the publication, having given up my Zinio when this app came out, all to no avail??? Other past editions download O.K. Whats going on? alanjesq

Terrible experience!

12 year print subscriber, 2 year iPad reader, and now we need two different apps to see/read the magazine? That is crazy! Worse is that the new app doesnt recognize my account, wont let me download the August Edition, nor enable a changed password. Fix it, make it functional again, it was wonderful reading old issues and current ones on the iPad - no EVERYTHING is a mess and not functioning. What prompted you to change and break relationships? Not a happy SUBSCRIBER now.

Fix This!

LOVED this magazine, print and digital. Been subscribing for over 10 years. When I had the option of adding the digital subscription, I jumped at the chance. All was wonderful until the recent upgrade. I currently have no access to my digital issues that I paid for. After 3 emails to them over the past week and a half, I finally received a response- change your password. Even after I told them I tried this and it didnt work. I am losing all faith. I waited to write this review hoping they would help but no such luck. My recommendation- dont purchase until they fix this!

IOS 8 problems downloading

My magazines were working fine on iPhone and iPad. But after upgrading both to iOS 8, the download button stopped working. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled. Happens on both iPhone and iPad. Also happens on my Smithsonian and Cooks illustrated magazines. So their underlying app framework must be the cause. Hoping a new update is on its way. Strange that googling the issue comes up with nada. Am I the only one?

Does not work with ios 8. Cant restore my purchases, cant download. Cmon, folks. Fix it or start refunding money for subscriptions.

Awful Mess!

Continuous crashing...Hey Apple,stop selling this crap to your customers!....People will eventually catch on....Refund Refund Refund!

Very bad

Got one number only, and then nothing else! Cannot download, cannot login, cannot restore, cannot re-install the app, cannot email support!!! Really amateur developers.... How is that possible nowadays?? In the case these crappy developers want to know, the error is: "unable to download folio: -530" Waste....

Please fix

This was a good app....was... Please fix this, have been having issues since iOS 8. Cant download, it keeps kicking me out. I have uninstalled multiple times.

Broken since iOS8 update

Nothing works, reinstalling doesnt work, restoring doesnt work. Just getting "unable to download folio: -530" error.

Unable to Download Folio -530

0 stars Are they asleep at the wheel. I truly expected more from Saveur. Does not seem that they even updated the app to support IOS8. When I tried to download the October issue (side note: it was downloaded and accessible before I updated to 8) I get the above error. Does Saveur not realize that they will lose subscribers? Sadly, if this is not fixed soon I will cancel my subscription.

Love the digital magazine on my iPad but it wont download the new issue

Disappointing

I love Saveur magazine but his app is so consistently poor I will have to drop my subscription. Of all the magazines I subscribe to, this app is hands-down the worst. It feels like Saveur has written-off the iPad version.

complete useless app

Worse app in the App Store, ripping people off - complete waste of money and Bonnier dont care as their support is non-existent- guess they must have recruited the dumbest people in the computer app world

The Worst

This app does not work. I have written many emails to Bonnier with absolutely no response. Save your money and either get the print version or choose another magazine.

Mr. Frustrated

This is the worst app out there, you need to get this sorted and fast. This review doesnt allow ZERO STARS, but it is ZERO STARS, it doesnt get any worse than this.
